This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London.

I am staying at The Cumberland Hotel for four days, and I’m so happy with my choice. On 14th February, I arrived with my mother, who traveled from China for my graduation. We were deeply touched by Janhvi’s warm service. Despite the busy Valentine’s Day and the hotel’s 800-room capacity, she arranged a perfect room and even decorated it with a special message welcoming my mother and congratulating me. It was a heartwarming surprise! The service has been excellent—housekeeping is prompt, the restaurant food is delicious, and all staff are professional. Huge thanks to Janhvi for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

Great location, near King's Cross Station and other public transport. Inner rooms (the no window ones) are super quiet, despite the busy road outside. Staff were friendly.

The staff are wonderful. Very helpful. Fantastic Chinese restaurant on the top floor. Room service is great. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

The room service for dinner and breakfast was fast. I loved the area i was around it was very convenient.
