Great stay, great room. My only gripe would be the TV on the side wall to the bed with no adjustable bracket to bring out from the wall when it could have easily been installed on the wall opposite the bed. By the end of a movie your neck was aching ! But overall, a great middle market hotel.

The staff and hotel are great. The carpark is open air and not secure. Our car was stolen and theives drive through the boom gate barrier. Not the hotels fault just a really bad experience. Again the staff were great. Carpark security is something to consider when staying here.

Showering is a problem, water goes from hot to cold constantly without touching anything.because of this I wouldn’t put my kids in that shower as it burnt me at times

I liked the food especially the chicken nuggets and chips but the kids menu could of done with a single salad the beds were comfortable and cosy and the lobby was very fancy and posh and the hotel would be a great place to stay with friends and family. Overall a great stay

Its a lovely hotel. Unfortunately we had the odd experience of a maintenance person (at least i think he was - he had a paint tray and brush in his hand) scanning the lock on our door and walking right on in. Luckily we were not in any stages of undress. It was quite unnerving.

This was a very comfortable stay, Last minute booking on Wotif due to flight cancellation. Great rate with a great room. Less than 10min from the airport, so able to get some sleep quickly before an early morning back at the airport. Staff were fabulous. Very cheery and easy to deal with after a traumatic 5 hours at the airport. This would be my pick for a stay near the airport. Has a free shuttle for those wanting to be dropped off for a flight. Warm, comfortable, spacious and clean.
