Stayed there for four nights. Close to public transport and very easy to get into the CBD. Having a fully decked out communal Kitchenette and Laundry available was helpful. Not having an elevator was the only issue but we took our time using the stairs. Staff were very helpful. Will be staying there again.

The Miami Hotel is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget, the staff are helpful and friendly and the location is great. A short distance from the city centre by tram or walking if you like.

Friendly, welcoming and in a good location
Fantastic service with 24-hour staff. So friendly and welcoming and always happy to help! A cute little room but with a massive comfortable bed, a nice shower and a little kitchenette. A short, easy walk from Southern Cross Station and a block away from the #57 tram into the city. I’d definitely stay again!

Great value short stay
Exceptional value for a short stay. I could not fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable and even shaving cream was provided. My only criticism is that the air conditioner did not seem to react to the remote request to change the temperature. I will be staying here again.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Made our stay really comfortable. Good conversations were had. Room was perfect, nearly took a mattress they were so comfortable definitely will be staying there next year for the Cody Johnson concert

The hotel is basic but clean and in a good location. There is a team stop and bus stop nearby, and if you don't mind walking it is an easy walk to Southern Cross Station. There are a lot of dining options just around the corner and it is a short walk to Queen Victoria Markets. Staff were friendly.

Very comfy base for exploring Melbourne
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was compact but very nice, and it had everything necessary for self-catering. The shower was especially nice, the bed was really comfortable, and the folks at the front desk was great. The neighborhood was fantastic too - groceries and restaurants just around the corner, and easy access to public transport.
