Comfy bed as expected at Quest, however there were two long black hairs in the bed which I told myself were the housemaids. Kitchen cupboards and bench top had noticeable dirty marks. Bathroom very clean

We were unable to access our room at 3:30 and had to wait for 30mins. This impacted us greatly as we had a booking in the city at 5pm and were unable to get ready, we had to get changed in the toilets! When we go back at 11pm our key wouldn’t work! We had no compensation for being inconvenienced and was told be could have a $200 fine for not handing the new key on time. This caused me to get up early to ensure I wasn’t fined.

Receptionist on Friday and Saturday was very attentive and met all requests with exceptional service. Receptionist on Sunday was not trained properly and disturbed our sleeping time early in the morning, despite the fact we paid and confirmed late checkout on Friday already.

Great location. Next to the tram station, a minute drive to 24hours shopping centre and lots of dining options. Limited undercover parking but safe and secured. Definitely coming back.
