Wonderful stay. The rooms are small, but it was all I needed. The hotel is clean and safe, but the service is OFF THE CHARTS! Such wonderful people working there who were all so helpful.

it was my boyfriends birthday and they kindly upgraded our room which was a great suprise, staff were really nice and polite. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Chinatown and all the West Emd theaters. I can’t believe it’s the first time I’ve stayed there. As a frequent London visitor I’m always looking for a good hotel. I’ve now found my go to option moving forward. Also, very economical!

The hotel is well situated with fantastic travel links around the City, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was of high standard, only criticism the room didn't have air-conditioning, however they did supply a fan as it can get a very warm during the night. Highly recommended for a city break.

Great location, lovely hotel. Only slight negative was the internal facing room, would have preferred to have known about this when booking.

Perfect location from the train station and to the theatre which is why we were there. Reasonably priced Clean and tidy Lovely bar underneath
