Compare Hotels with Parking in Elmhurst

The staff was AMAZING! The hotel, on the oter hand, is terribly out dated. I expected better accommodations for a hotel that's located on Michigan Ave. There's LOTS of room for improvement with the hotel.

Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items.

Cozy rooms, comfortable and well appointed. Full size pool and nice work out room. Can't get a better location.

Check in people were extremely kind and helpful. Love staying here everytime I come to Chicago!
