Luxurious 850 sf.ft. 1-bedroom, 2-bath residence plus 118 sq.ft. covered Lanai. The living room also has a comfortable queen fold out sofa.

The Mahana complex is undergoing a roof repair and replacement project. The building is 12 stories and we are located on the 7th floor. There will be some intermittent noise from the project as well as some possible reverberations due to the work being performed. Work hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday with some work occasionally on Saturdays.

Everything at the complex is open and normal minus some construction equipment in the parking lot and some other areas along the walkways to protect guests.

-June and July reservations through July 24-
From June 3- July 24 the central A/C will not be working in the unit. We will have portable AC units in the bedroom and living room/kitchen area.

Rates for June and July have been discounted by 25% for the inconvenience.

June 24- August:
Central A/C will be back working in the building. There will be some minor impacts due to noise but rates have been discounted by 15% for any inconvenience.

Peaceful Maui retreat

This is a beautiful unit in an ideal location on Maui. It is a condo complex, but provides towel service for the pool and hot tub. Easy beach access and located on the nicest section of the island. Go south for activities (snorkeling, shopping, restaurants) and go north for windy roads, stunning coastline views, and unique hikes (the blow hole is a must-see). Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Amazing stay and stunning views!

Dianne (our host) has been responsive from the initial inquiry all the way through to check-out. With her clear instructions, check-in was quick and simple. She was helpful and more than accommodating when our air travel changed. We love the West Maui area. The location is just perfect for us as we love walking in the mornings on the boardwalk, eating at Dukes (right next door) and the Whaler’s Village. As far as the condo, absolutely everything is tastefully updated from the floors, furniture, cabinets, appliances, kitchen and bathrooms. Every amenity we needed was provided, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the lanai was absolutely stunning! We spent many hours watching whales, turtles and monk seals. We are yearly visitors to Maui, most of the time staying 3 or 4 weeks. You may find a more luxurious resort in the area, but you would be hard pressed to find a better view right on the shoreline in an absolutely beautiful updated condo. We will be back!

Excellent Maui Vacation

Wonderful property with ample surface lot parking with a short walk to the front door of the unit. Owner fully stocked the unit to where we did not need to go to the grocery/drug store to pick up a thing. The pictures online are exactly what the condo looks like. The view from the balcony is spectacular, perfect for sharing breakfast from Papi’s Ohana on. The living room is a little warm from the evening sun, but cools off nicely once the sun goes down. We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Newly renovated, super clean condo (1 BDR, 2BA). Wonderful sunset views from the lanai. We are already trying to book this condo for early 2025. I think it is very good value for the cost. It is a quiet condo, perfect for relaxing! We liked the location too, a short walk to restaurants, grocery store etc.

Stay over New Year’s Holiday

Clean, well-renovated, and nicely stocked condo with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean dotted by Molokai, Lanai and Oahu, in the distance. Great location with access to Ka’ anapali beach walk and restaurants (Duke’s). Building is solid and quiet. Highly recommend.

☆☆☆☆☆☆ Yep 6 stars ~ Amazing Vacation

This place is absolutely perfect, pictures don't even do it justice. Loved the welcome snacks as we got in. The amazing thing is that this place everything we needed shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. I have been using VRBO for about 10 years and this by far is one of the best places I've ever stayed. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Paradise!

We recently stayed for 2 weeks . We have stayed in the building previously but this is the first time staying in this unit. The suite was very well appointed, extremely clean and stocked with essentials and some extras that were very much appreciated. All the suites in the building are right on the beach/ocean and we regularly saw whale activity and breaching directly in front of our unit! We also enjoyed the sound of the ocean every evening with only the screen door closed in the bedroom which was relaxing and soothing. The lanai table and chairs were comfortable and just the right height for eating, playing cards, watching the whales, dolphins or the weather. We prefer this type of suite that includes a living room and a bedroom separate as the extra space is nice to have. The suite was recently upgraded with laminate flooring throughout. As mentioned previously, the unit was spotless with plenty of comfortable seating and bedding. Dianne was an excellent host and in regular communication with me whenever I had a question prior to or during our stay. We would definitely stay in one of her units again. Thank you!!

We stayed at Mahana 715 for a week in February. The unit itself is beautiful: Well appointed, well stocked, and beautiful views with the ocean waves breaking on the beach just below us. The pool area and lawn and beach were very quiet, without a bunch of kids making lots of noise, which is just what we wanted. The only problem, which was not insignificant, was the noise of the concrete repairs going on during the weekdays. Dianne had warned us of the noise ahead of time, but we elected to stay and she was kind enough to discount our stay because of the inconvenience. We would like to have returned the same time next year, but unfortunately the unit was already booked for that week We recommend it highly and hope to return sometime in the future.

The condo had all the amenities and was lovely. Dianne was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Our only complaints were that the condo was under construction which she informed us about before we arrived and gave us a discount on the nightly rate. It was louder than we anticipated which put a damper on our stay. We also had a rain storm and water came in under the living room windows and on the lanai which made the lanai which made it unusable for a few days. Under normal circumstances and after the construction is completed we would highly recommend this property.

Beach Paradise

We had a wonderful time in Maui! The condo was spectacular ! There was a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us along with two cold beers in the refrigerator! The bathrooms were stocked with very nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all of which were nice personal touches! The condo had beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as snorkel gear! This made it very convenient to head to the beach with everything we needed! The washer and dryer in the condo also came in handy when we had wet towels and suits from the beach! This is such a beautiful condo! The ocean view was perfect and listening to the waves at night was so relaxing! I highly recommend this condo! Dianne made our stay so easy and relaxing. Thank you Dianne , we can’t wait to come back!
