Maui Kai 204 is a newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that features a new fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, floors, ceiling, furniture, and appliances. With a king-size bed and two twin couches (day bed), this condo can accommodate up to 4. guests Open the double sliding glass doors and enjoy the tropical ocean breezes or use the central air conditioning system to cool off after a day in the sun. Relax and enjoy the large flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi, and cable TV.

Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The resort features a heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ area, and poolside cabana with kitchen and laundry facilities on site.

Wonderful condo that was fully equipped for all your needs. Nice pool area with BBQ grills available for the guests at the pool facility. This unit has 4’x6’ sliding glass windows that open up to a magnificent ocean view. If you enjoy watching whales, this is the place to be!

Loved this unit. Beautiful view, nice swimming beach, everything within walking distance. There are several Food Trucks nearby with lots of options and outside eating. The kitchen is nicely furnished so we prepared most meals. There are 9 floors in the building but we hardly saw anyone. Very quite. No loud partiers! Very relaxing spot for vacation.

Perfect Stays was the host and was terrible! Zero communication from them during the troubling times. I understand they had no control of the loss of power and the fires, and all that was impacted but there was no communication during or after. Other visitors who booked with different hosts had lots of communication and refunds. I couldn’t get flashlights or any communication back from our host, zero from them! Very frustrating!

Fantastic location
This unit was great for our family of 4. The 2 twin beds works perfectly for our 2 kids. The unit was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 night stay. The location was great and was walking distance to great beaches and snorkeling. My only complaint has nothing to do with our stay, but I wish there was laundry in the unit. That being said, the laundry was across the hall, which made it very easy. The only challenge was getting change to use it since the change machine was out of order.

Great location. Open the sliders to see and hear the ocean lapping up on the rocks. Clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Internet was great, and bed was comfortable. Could use a couple upgrades to the shower and the furniture. But all in all it was very comfortable to stay in.

We have a wonderful time at the condo! It have everything we need. Near the beach, supermarket & food trucks. The pool/BBQ area was nice. We took advantage of the concierge services as well. We enjoyed so much the view and the relaxing time. Planning to come back sometime! Totally recommended 🙂

The location is unmatched and it is why we stayed there twice.
The listing states there are two day beds, but the image is outdated and there is only one. There is a hideaway bed in the couch but it was filthy. We had to run a load of laundry our first night for ALL of the linens due to visible stains. We also had to wash the glasses because there was crusted food in them. The floors could use a real deep clean as well.

Absolutely incredible
I’ve stayed at a lot of places in the Kaanapali area and Maui Kai has got to be my favorite. This unit, however, was special. It was different than any other place- it was home. I came here by myself to do some self reflections which is an interesting coincidence having this condo be a turtle theme as I really dug deep into my life- pop out into the world, come into my shell... I felt safe at home here, and being in this condo allowed me the time to reflect and refresh. It’s homey, it’s easy to relax, the staff is friendly, the neighbors are friendly, the view is phenomenal, and there is really no better place to hear the waves crashing so hard that you can feel it. To sit on the lanai and watch whales has also been an incredible experience. Whales so close that when they breach you can hear the slap of their massive bodies hitting the ocean- you can nearly feel it when they do it close enough. The sound of the rocks tumbling in the strong ocean waves is relaxing and Maui Kai is so close to the water. The amount of stars you can see on a clear night (especially with a new moon) is just unreal. It’s quiet here, yet close to so much. The sunset views from the lanai are just as good as from the beach. This condo had literally everything you need, too, making it simple to prepare and cook meals- every appliance, seasonings, utensils, you name it. So many vacation rentals do not have this type of luxury. I truly enjoyed this condo and will absolutely return. I could easily call this condo my home. Thank you for providing such an amazing home to stay on the most beautiful island.
