Enjoy the 224 sq ft lanai to relax and take in the views of Lanai, the West Maui mountains, the ocean and 34 acres of private lush tropical gardens. All you hear are birds. This peaceful setting is our perfect home to relax and unwind after a day of adventuring around Maui. Enjoy grilling on the BBQs and al fresco dining, while taking in the sunset. We love this most.

The condo features an updated kitchen, a new sub-zero refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom features a new luxury Stearns and Foster King bed with remote control adjusting, private access to the lanai, and an updated ensuite bathroom in matching maple. Enjoy the primary rain shower with turtle mosaic art. The spacious living room features a comfortable hotel collection queen sofa bed, perfect for families and couples. The second updated bathroom is located to the side for complete privacy for guests. The unit comes with a washer and dryer making it easy for longer stays. The condo has beautiful art throughout.

Each unit at Ekahi is unique, this is our Maui home. Being upstairs means no elephants on your head, serene light throughout, pleasant breezes, and views of Maui for miles.

Located in the heart of Wailea, Ekahi offers 4 swimming pools set in beautiful gardens, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion for sunsets and beachfront dining. The pavilion provides direct access onto Keawakapu Beach, with no roads to cross or worry about where to park. Ulua and the world famous Wailea beaches are short walks along the beach path.

Further along, the beach path takes you to the Wailea Shops & Tennis Club and five of the most prestigious hotels of Wailea. You can enjoy the sunset, see whales in season, access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddle boarding, and stroll to dinner and back along the lighted promenade.

We provide complimentary air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV with Roku, coolers, a beach umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs for fun at the beach. Resort fees, parking, internet and cable and onsite fitness center are all included in the price!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. Ekahi no longer permits barbecues on lanais. Unlike others, 47E is fortunate to have a barbecue pavilion by the front door.

Lovely stay in Ekahi Condo
Overall the condo was really nice. It was stocked well with kitchen stuff however the frying pans were beyond their lifespan. Two were so battered on the Teflon that I initially thought there was food stuck to them. They need to be replaced ASAP - the owner just needs to be made aware. Also, there was a nice clump of long hair in the main shower drain which wasn’t pleasant. Kind of wondered if the cleaners never touched it because it was so noticeable. Other than that we enjoyed the condo - it sits on the main road so you can hear road noise if the windows are open in the bathroom but not really an issue in the bedroom with the AC going. Walking down to the beach wasn’t a big deal and there is a smaller pool in front of the condo as well as BBQ’s right outside the main door which is nice. I would recommend the condo - just be aware the pans are not to be used as it’s dangerous with the amount of scratches on the Teflon. The only other thing that would have been great would be an umbrella for the beach. We sat by the main pool which had nice umbrellas so it wasn’t a big deal. Ekahi condos are in a great location for walking to the shops in Wailea as well as enjoying the beach pathway and swimming off shore. Can’t go wrong with the location.

Loved our stay in your Ekahi home!! Very clean and spacious, easy check-in and excellent communication. Loved the comfortable seating and view from the lanai. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the easy walk to the beach, the shops, the oceanfront path etc. We have stayed in many different units in Ekahi (and in neighbouring properties) over the years- and this was one of our favourites. Thanks!

Awesome Condo
This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious. The view from the lanai was stunning…loved sitting out there for sunrise and listening to the birds chirp. The condo is in a very quiet location with easy access to almost everywhere. Management was quick to respond with any questions we had. This condo is beautiful and very well taken care of. The bed is extremely comfortable. Lots of storage for all clothes and toiletries. You will love it!!

Condo was well appointed, clean and had lots of natural light. I arrived late at night and by the day I was leaving I still hadn’t received check in information despite asking for it on my original message to the host . It took time and effort to contact VRBO and then the management company.

Great spot!
Our first time visiting as a family in Maui. Great condo, well set up from laundry pods to beach chairs and coolers to great bath towels. The condo feels very light and walking in felt like vacation. We could walk to the beach pool in 5 minutes or drive down in 2 minutes. The condo complex is beautiful and very well set up for families.

We were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beach toys were also great— beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, beach towels, and coolers. Even the bathroom had everything like a hairdryer, flat iron and curling iron! Smart TV allows you to log in to your favorite apps. Parking is easy. All in all a great vacation spot!

Whale watching from the beach!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, well appointed condo. Breakfasts on the lanai, a day at the beach or pool where we could watch the whales, sunsets over the ocean and then dinner on the lanai made for relaxing days. Can’t wait to return!

Very Enjoyable January Visit to Maui/Ekahi
We enjoyed our stay in 47E very much. The morning views of West Maui and the complex from the large Lanai are beautiful. The unit is very comfortable and the kitchen is as well appointed as any we have stayed at in Ekahi Village. There is a nice cross breeze in the evenings, which pretty much eliminated the need for A/C during our stay. We would be happy to stay in this same unit during a future visit.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this well equipped spot. Wonderful, quiet community just a short walk to the beach or the hotels and shops of Wailea. Community has multiple pools, clubhouse, and multiple BBQ areas. Unit we stayed in was fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, watch TV or just relax on the back deck.

Great location to access a beautiful beach, short drive or walk to restaurants and stores. The gardens were lovely and so well maintained. Three pools to choose from, a pavilion with tables and refrigerator. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious lanai with a pleasing view of the gardens and one of the pools. Highly recommend this unit. We would happily rent it again in the future.

Incredible stay with tremendous views
Great condo with plenty of amenities! Beautiful view of the ocean, island, and surrounding complex. Quiet and spacious condo, plenty of room for 2 people and probably would fit 4 comfortably. Right next to one of the 4 pools on site and a quick walk to the beach. We will book here again, loved it!

This property was beautiful, spacious, clean and very well kept. We had everything we needed for a great beach stay, including creature comforts like beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler! This property (47E) was very nice. Located near one of the private pools in the upper section of Ekahi Village. Clean and well stock kitchen, very comfortable bed, soft bath towels and several beach towels. Washer and Dryer appear to be new and work really well. The carpet in this unit has some real worn areas, especially in the 2nd bathroom/laundry room. One section has what appears to be some type of water mark like there was some type of leak. There are several throw rugs used in high traffic areas. Overall a very nice unit, four and a half stars

Wonderful place for a family vacation
We stayed here with our two teens and really enjoyed it. The sofa bed was comfortable, and it was very convenient having two bathrooms! Our favourite thing was there lanai. We ate lots of meals out there and really enjoyed the two chaises lounges for reading and napping. Nice and shady, very quiet except for beautiful birds singing, and a lovely view of the beautifully maintained gardens with the ocean in the distance. Our whole family really enjoyed our proximity to the closest pool As well as the five minute walk down to the big pool, beach pavilion and beach. We enjoyed snorkelling off the beach, walking along the beach, and boogie boarding in the afternoons. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the Shops at Wailea. We liked the fact that this place wasn’t as busy as some of the bigger high-rise resorts.The unit was very clean and well-maintained, well stocked with bedding, towels, beach chairs etc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back one day! Thank you!

Good Maui Getaway
Nice 2nd floor condo on best part of the island! Close to many of Wailea's wonderful beaches & luxury hotels. What we really enjoyed most was our morning coffee on the lanai listening to birds and overlooking the beautiful grounds. Spacious enough for 2 people -- I would say the "sleeps 4" in description relays to 2 children, as the only other "bed" was an air mattress. King bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. We asked for a tea kettle and coffee grinder (before our arrival) and they were very accommodating and placed in the condo for us. Nice refrigerator, but be aware no filtered water (but you can get it at the walkable Beach Pavilion.) There are no BBQ grills at the units (as in listing photo): you have to use the ones scattered around the village -- ours was fairly close, but it's a walk down the stairs across the grass to cook. (Kind of a hassle). Although 4 beach chairs were provided, 2 were pretty old (and HEAVY) and the other 2 were tattered & tired. We were very surprised that a beach umbrella was not provided - Every unit we have rented on any island has had a full compliment of beach amenities... I would say this one was Light in that respect. And when we asked about the umbrella, were told we "could rent one from CBIP" -- I guess I should have asked ahead of time! All-in-all, a well-furnished and nicely decorated and clean unit, but the structure itself could use a little TLC (re-caulk around counters, pest control: *There was a significant ant infestation in Master Bath on Day 2 that could have been dealt with in a more timely manner*, hanging kitchen rubber trim on outside of window). We would consider staying again, but with the mentioned updates :-)

Amazing location!
Overall my wife and I had a fantastic honeymoon at this property! The location was amazing and the unit itself was very well stocked with all of the necessities for the beach and pool. There were a couple of cleanliness and housekeeping issues during our stay… For example, one day once we got down to the beach We realized the beach towels from the unit were not washed since the last guests. Overall this did not affect our vacation we still had a great time at this property, However when you are paying a premium the cleanliness standards we’re not quite up to par
