Beautiful resort at Maui
Great resort with variety of pools excellent service and good food. The only unpleasant thing the hotel is situated in front a narrow beach send you actually can’t hang out there you have to go 0.5 mile to a great beach.

We liked the ability to go in the ocean and then pop into the pool when you wanted calm. Lounging areas were generous and lovely. Very pleased we bought the breakfast package which otherwitwould have cost $100 for 2 each day.

The hotel is ok. The light kept going down during our stay and there seemed to have been some water issues as well. The front desk concierge that specialized with tours and activities sucked. The people stationed in small desks throughout the hotel were not much help either. They were all indifferent about my questions or help I needed from time to time. They did not serve as much help, were not welcoming and did not seem to care either. I received much more help from the people in the front desk checkin/out and outside of the hotel, than those others I mentioned. Maui is such a beautiful place and the hotel is lovely, but friendlier personal and better installations would make those hotel much better.

Easy access to the beach and you have good view of mountains while you are swimming or drinking your coffee in morning . What I don’t like was the pool which was very basic for a resort and not having adult pools. Lot of kids in the pool so if you go as couple you are not enjoying. Pillows were terrible! I had to use 3 pillows to get support for our necks. There was a dead roach in the room as well as construction on site! for over $600 per night absolutely not worth it! Not to mention resort fee in addition to the booking fee!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui for our honeymoon! Despite the construction going on for the pool/grotto area, the property was spotless, well kept, and with extremely helpful and friendly staff! The food options including the local coffee shop was delicious. We can't wait to go back someday! Thank you for the wonderful memories we'll never forgot at the Hyatt Regency Maui!

Great property and excellent experience. Walkable to Whaler's Village and adjacent properties. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Overall it would have been nice to have a few more dining options on property as well as some more on property activities to get the full resort experience. That being said, this is Maui and there is plenty to do in Paradise!
