Nice Beachfront Condo
Just wrapped a quick 4 night trip to to Maui (myself, wife and 1 year old son) overall the condo was nice but could be so much more with minimal upgrades and a deep clean. Its a bit of a dated looking interior but not too bad the couch has see better days that was probably the biggest drawback not comfortable and looking like it was from the mid 1980's you want a comfortable place to sit and relax, the bedrooms were nice but could use a fresh coat of paint. Location was great next to the pool and bar area was great and the ocean is just a few steps further. Overall id stay at the property again but look for a more recently renovated unit.

Amazing Location
This unit was perfect for our family. We have stayed in this area of Kaanapali before, and it is our favorite part of the island. Many great beaches nearby (Kapalua bay is a favorite), snorkelling at Honoloa, and close to Lahaina. The condo had all the amenities we needed, and opened up to shared grounds containing gardens, 2 pools, and a nice beach. Live music a couple of nights from the restaurant near one of the pools was great to hear from the patio. The extra toys (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach towels) in the closet were an awesome feature that we used a lot. Would highly recommend to people to stay here, and we look forward to a return visit sometime soon!

The place was beautiful and the location was perfect ! So close to the beach and pool.
The grounds were so beautiful. We had everything we needed on the property. Our unit was right across from the pool/restaurant/bar and the beach. So convenient. We would stay there again.

Amazing Trip!
We had the best time. Having this condo on the ground level was key and we’ll definitely be back. They sent emails checking in before we came and gave us all the info we needed. The condo was spacious and they had lots of beach toys, cooler, beach chairs and a cooler along with lots of other things we could use. The pool was great and we all had the best time.

Great view but thats about it.
Great view but its not just the sights that made me want to be outside. The room smelled old and the lighting was poor. Windows were dirty and shag carpet looked stained. Furniture was old and washed out. Light fixture over the dining table did not work. The police showed up because of an unruly guest upstairs. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not recommend it.

Condo was clean when we arrived. Location is great. Right by the pools and the beach. There were beach towels, boogie boards and everything else needed for the beach already there which was awesome. Only downfall is the bed in master bedroom was a little uncomfortable and the kitchen could use a little more for pots and pans.

Just a lovely condo. Great location. Pools Greatwere beautiful. Loved the first floor. Just walk out the back doorGre and there was one if Entertainment some nights at the pool. A restaurant also located at this pool by the ocean. The week couldn’t have been better!!! The free rental car was a great perk also. Love Kaanapali Shores
We keep returning to KS for the location. The resort is within walking distance to food and grocery. This unit was perfect. Just a few steps to the pool, restaurant and the ocean. I personally love a ground floor and this unit did not disappoint. We sat on the patio for a week and watched the whales. There are not many places this offer this kind of view of the ocean. We hope to make it an annual trip!

Good start, bad end
This is a mixed review. The condo was nice. A little dated but nice especially for the price. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a good size living room and a ground floor walk out patio to the pools. The kids pool is great and the grounds are well maintained. The food and drinks at the restaurant were poor and expensive. Luckily there is a food truck stand every night out front with 11 different trucks and a grocery store across the street. That food truck options were really good with big portions. The Thai was by far the best! Overall our stay was good until we checked out. We accidentally left a Yeti thermos in the dishwasher. We called no more than an hour or so after check out and miraculously the cleaning crew never saw it. An expensive Yeti just disappeared an hour after we checked out...

Beautiful resort with all the amenities!
The two pools were great for a family. They left chocolate and beach towels for us as well as a boogie board and cooler. This is on the beach but you can’t really hang out on the beach. It is a short walk which is just fine. Great place to stay and would totally return.

Loved the location of the unit! Furnishings were a little outdated. The screen door was torn. And the kitchen was not fully stocked with cooking utensils such as a cutting board, large knife,measuring cups. Also needed hooks in bathrooms to hang wet towels. But overall loved our stay!

Our Maui home away from home
We loved our 2 bed, 2 bath condo at Kaanapali Shores. From the keyless entry to opening the door to see a box of chocolates there to greet us....we were off to a great start. They had beach towels and an ice chest, boogie boards etc. We felt at home and look forward to our next stay. Mahalo to the KBM staff The Bell Family
