#206 in Hokulani offers the combination of a spacious 2 bedroom corner condo, a quiet and tranquil setting, and a location that is near the front of the building with close access to the beach, pools, BBQs, and the beach walk which can take you directly to Whaler's Village
Our 1240 sq. ft condo features an extra spacious floor plan. The 210 sq. ft. lanai opens up with the wall of folding doors to create 1450 sq. ft of living space for your relaxation and enjoyment. Dine on the lanai or in the condo.
Being close to the front (beach) allows you to be at the pools, Dukes Restaurant, or beach in only a few steps.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

******All stays of over 13 nights require a mid stay clean. The mid stay cleaning fee is $225 plus tax and must be paid prior to guest's arrival******
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival is subject to a 10% (of total) cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
