We had a great time! The room was more than expected which was great! The staff was amazing! No matter who we came across or requested something from they all had the best customer service and always smiling! The gum was amazing! The only downfall was the pool only had a small section open due to being under staffed with lifeguards.

This hotel food is not good and its expensive. It only has one restaurant and it closed super early for a weekend. The pool is nice and the full kitchen is a plus but theres no casino which i should have double checked for my fault

Overall good!

It was a great spot for a reasonable price for a family of five. The rooms were really nice and spacious, pools were great but it was inconvenient that they weren’t all open and closed at 8. Do not get sucked into their vacation club timeshare meeting, we got sucked in for 2 hours and when we said no thank you more than 10 times the guy was a total jerk and ripped up our papers in front of us and stormed off. It was unbelievable and rude!

The staff was polite and friendly throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the daily text messages from the team checking in to see how things were going — a thoughtful touch. However, I did have two concerns during my visit: 1. The gym was quite small and consistently crowded in the mornings. It was difficult to access equipment without waiting, which made working out a bit frustrating. 2. My daughters and I developed a rash across our entire bodies during our stay. The only products we used were the hotel’s provided bed linens, shampoo, and lotion. My fiancé in the other hand did not use their products and took her own blankets and did not breakout like we did, which leads me to believe something may have irritated our skin. It was very uncomfortable and impacted my overall experience. I’m still communicating with staff/management to see if they were able to find what caused us to breakout.

The stay was nice, but look like it was under many constructions and short staff, the suit we got right when we go inside the fire detector was not in place, one of the lamps inside the room was not working but it got fixed once I notified them. the only thing I did not like was that in our 3 days stay we did not get room service no one showed up to clean the suit even tho I was told we were scheduled for cleaning service They would only take clean towels. Not acceptable if we paid service fees!!!!

Loved that there was space for our family of six to sleep comfortably all in one hotel room. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you could need. The pool and spas were very clean and the kids loved the slides. We will definitely come back in the future.

Great place for girls weekend!

Girls weekend trip. The room set up was perfect for us. The restaurant service was great and food excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pools and hot tubs were open and clean. Overall just a great stay!
