This is NOT a hotel. From the moment you arrive at the security gate, you are certainly IN "Cancun"... in all the worst ways. After you pay and get a key, you will be advised to go to desk 2 of 3 to "complete" your check in. GRRR. Yada yada, they attempt to get you to do a 90 min meeting, all the classic dirty timeshare junk. Let's move on... Pool? 3/4 was closed. Shallowest part was 4.5 ft deep. We had 2 young kids. Water slides? Pitch black and FAST
