The room was awesome, full kitchen, a regular fridge, microwave, coffee pot, full kitchen dishes and dishwasher, small dining area, pull out couch in the living room, the bedroom had a large tub im 6ft 250lbs and could fit in the tub comfortably, it is not a jacuzzi tub, just a fyi. also the shower was a pretty good size with excellent water pressure we where in the 11th floor. The only negative was the bathroom sink was super slow draining and one of our keys stopped working, we had 2 so we did fuss about it, i would recommend getting 2 keys just in case. The staff was really nice this is a timeshare resort so you will be marketed to but not aggressively. I would absolutely stay here again, in my opinion its better than staying at a regular hotel, definitely get more for your money

The room we stayed at was extremely dirty. There was blood marks in the bathroom with bloody hand print, and the floors were very dirty. We went and told them about it and they sent someone to at least clean the walls in the room but that was it. The hot tub was not hot at all, and to be frank the whole pool area was not overly clean. They even wanted us to buy a timeshare through them, but after the terrible service we declined. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.
