Check-in was less than a positive experience. Staff did not greet us and did not ask us about our Hilton Rewards. When we asked for our complimentary water, staff appeared annoyed. Only one of our room keys worked, and we had to take the steps since there was only one elevator for hundreds of guests. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and heavy cologne. I will not be booking this property ever again.

Nice sized suites with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room and hotel was very clean. Nice location just away from the strip, perfect for a night's stay near the airport and no resort fees. Breakfast was great - one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had on our many travels around the US. Highly recommend this place

The check in was not good at the front desk, customer service was not welcoming, or smiling or apologizing because they didn’t call us back to let us know the. Room was ready. I know , we were early 12:00 pm but I do have to inquire again at 3:39 pm asking if our room was ready. The housekeeping was the only smiling and welcoming staff The check out was smooth and the lady at the front desk wished we had a good stayed.it was nice. The shuttle driver was professional, helpful and nice

Large King suite with full kitchen. No airplane or freeway noise. Convenient location next to airport and rental car return. Tricky to get into the parking lot. Large King suite with full kitchen. Hot breakfast. Hotel shuttle was excellent. I would stay there again.

Comfortable and would stay again
One night stay because of early airport departure. Great location - fast free shuttle to our airline and friendly staff in the booking of and driving of the shuttle. Room was spacious and clean, king bed was comfortable, and kitchen was basically supplied. The free breakfast buffet was just simple with the usual items for a fast breakfast. Nothing special about the price - not much less than a special rate right on the strip. Also liked the fact that the location was very close to the car rental return building. Actually dropped off car early and saved all the lugging of our self’s and luggage on shuttle buses to the airport terminals. 5 minute easy walk back to hotel location the evening before so day of departure was one easy hotel shuttle bus direct to our airline.
