This was a perfect place to stay! Our studio accommodation was very spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice linen and well-appointed kitchen. The pool was well maintained and the whole area was kept clean. Free carparking and easy access to the nearby casino and restaurants. A quick, low-cost Uber ride to the strip - around $20USD at any time of day.

Really enjoyed the property. Will definitely be our go to now in Vegas. Loved the convenience of having a suite. The pool was murky looked dirty. The room was clean minus the bathroom floor having hair all over. And unfortunately I dropped something and it rolled under the bed. Some more care needs to be taken under there.

Large rooms. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Quiet off the strip. Kitchen and bathroom faucets were covered in limescale or soap which so didn’t want to use the water. Bottled water was not available on site because vending machine was not working. Room could have been cleaner. Hair on the floor. Faucets should have been cleaned better.

Very nice property. No quality control in units. We had a backed up shower which we fixed by using a plunger. Faucet broken in bathroom. Poor quality linens put on bed, including blood on mattress cover and comforter. Worn sheet which we had to change ourselves.

Clean/Safe and comfortable.
Parking is free. Staff is friendly and professional. Elevators are a little slow/ Room is extremely clean and up to date. You are several miles from the strip and the Raiders stadium. We had a rental car. We have stayed at this timeshare rental several times. They 100% stay on top of the maintenance. Looking forward to returning.

This was our first time staying at Berkley hotel and we had a great experience with this hotel, it was safe, quiet, and had free EV chargers. It was also only 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We will definitely come back to Berkley Hotel next time we visit Las Vegas.
