Delightful and sparkling clean spot
Delightful gem, spotless clean and 5 min taxi drive from the airport. Car rental service is only 8 min walk from there. The team was fantastic!

We were greeted and assisted by super smiley, helpful and friendly agents. Our stay was in a comfortable, clean room. I appreciated the amenities, the hot coffee upon arrival, having a snack center, the hotel honors member snack bonus. The breakfast was simple but fresh and hot! We liked the location as it's near and off the strip. We didn't mind the airport being near. The light airport white noise was comforting. You can lightly hear the aircraft taking off. We really enjoyed our stay! We want to come back and stay at your Tru location again. Thank you again to all for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

This is a 3 star hotel. The facilities are pretty low grade, the fitness centre is very basic and small, the breakfast is very basic with really low quality food. As a quick stop over it's fine, located very close to the airport and parking is good. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The soap container dispenses way too much soap as it's very large.

Despite the hotel's new look, the existence of dirty walls, even in the rooms, created a conflicting impression. Both the shower and the bed sheets are the source of my two main complaints. The presence of mildew or mold around the base made it clear that the shower was not clean. In order to shower, we placed a towel on the floor to stand on. Oddly enough, the fitted sheet was put on backwards, but the heavy scent of bleach was the real problem. I value clean sheets, but this scent was overpowering and made it difficult to breathe.

Tru Comes Thru
One night before a flight. Great shuttle service. Friendly driver. Slow elevator. Love the free breakfast. It's a short walk to the rental car center and there are a couple of bus stops on the corners so, even though its not on the strip or close to a casino, you can still get to the action if you want to.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Tru by the airport. At first, we thought it might be too far from town but it really is close to everything. Very clean room and facility and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we go through Vegas!
