The hotel is in impeccable condition. Unfortunately, their dining options are terrible. The breakfast is bad and my egg benedict is extremely salty. Service at the dinner restaurant is terrible. The hotel was busy that night They have insufficient people working in the restaurant so they won't let most of the guests sit in the dining room. Instead they made most of them sit in the bar and have semi self service. Of course, Both the people working in the restaurant and the bar are both unfriendly . The host is not even there.

You can tell property was put up using lowest bidder. Toilet and sink had poor drainage and low water pressure. No microwave in room, no large trash shoot. Overall, very low quality hotel, only thing it had going for it, was it's new. Staff was very professional and accommodating considering what they were working with.

The room was great along with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was outstanding. My issue was my Hotels.com reservation. I reserved 2 rooms per my email from you. At the desk i was told only 1 room was reserved. Fortunately my friend is a Hilton member and they booked their room directky. I was extremely embarrassed as it was my responsibility to book the rooms for our trip of a lifetime.

Nice experience.
Very nice room. Shuttle from airport was great. 5 minute wait! Barbara at the front desk was very nice. Snacks for sale close to the front desk was nice for a couple tired and not wanting to go out again.

This was our first time staying at Tru Hilton LV, NV. And, we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility is. Ample parking, clean and well-lit facility with friendly staff. And, even included breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.
