I booked a double king size bed room but was told hotel was overbooked and that there were no rooms available, receptionist offered me an additional room without extra cost but i declined as i was travelling with my 17 year old son, I ended up accepting a king size bed room for the 3 of us, room was really small, the bed was ok , pillows are really used, i gives the impression they are not changed frequently. I think room was ok for a single traveller

Staff was great, accommodated all my needs, check-in and check-out,...they were able to get me in early check-in without me even asking, and were able to hold my bags and gave me a ride (shuttle) to airport due to a very lengthy departure time for my flight (roughly 12 hours),...in a city where resort fees run rampant, Tru by Hilton Las Vega Airport is a gem,...free breakfast, free self-parking, free airport shuttle, clean and comfy rooms, and of course, a great staff,...can't beat

Staff are very inflexible. We had to leave by shuttle a few minutes earlier than their breakfast time. They wouldn’t even want to entertain our request for a muffin or something easy to grab. But, their shuttle was few minutes later than what we had booked for! Guests have to be flexible but not the staff!
