Really bad customer service
Horrible experience at Valet Parking and Gift store. The over night valet parking employee Chazz was demanding a tip. He said he needed a tip up front since he was going to be gone after I picked up my truck in the morning. I also stopped by the gift shop to get a few snacks and drinks, the cashier there was really mad that we bother her asking for help to pay. She was really rude. We love staying at this place, the rooms are brand new everything was great, but really bad customer service from Valet Parking and Gift Shop.

The property was nice. The aquarium and having Bass Pro Shop connected with the hotel was very nice. Maybe not so convenient for younger adults if you’re looking forward to the atmosphere of a younger scene in sense of drinking and socializing.

This property is very near a major freeway entrance so it made accessing it very easy and convenient when driving in from Arizona. Once there we could easily access Uber or Lyft to get to LV Strip casinos; valet staff was friendly and helpful in arranging that. Our room was very nice with a western/modern motif. The casino is clean and not gargantuan.

I liked this hotel a lot. The room was clean and the theme of the rooms/hotel is awesome. Love the western vibe going on. Really cool mermaid bar/lounge and you can watch the fish and live mermaids in the aquarium. Love that the bass pro shop is connected to it, we spent some time there as well. Don’t gamble much, but casino looked cool. Didn’t check out the pool, but from afar it looked nice. Would probably go back again.

We loved the Silverton! This will be our place to stay every time we come to Vegas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean, the rooms were nice, and the swimming pool was awesome! It was conveniently located and easy to get to. And, I like that it’s a little removed from the rest of the strip.
