I didn't get any VIP perks. No room upgrade, no late checkout or anything else that Expedia VIP listed. None! Cheapest room by the elevator on the first floor. Basic amenities. Constant noise and people directly on top of me were very loud. Also very smoky.

Smaller hotel, quaint, safe, not so rowdy and did not require long walks to get anywhere. Pool - it didn’t seem heated but nice! Not a strong smoke smell. Twin peaks - was great!

Check the Shuttle Schedule Before Booking
This was just a quick stop over, so we didn’t use any of the restaurants or take advantage of the discount/free play offered check in. We arrived early, but were able to get a room. The hotel was recently renovated and is attached to a Bass Prol. The only downside is that we booked here for the “airport shuttle” but couldn’t use it because of the schedule. I wish there was a link or disclaimer posted. We ended up renting a car for less than an Uber.

Resort fee is a scam
Place is clean and neat but it took a long time to check in as there’s only one staff at the counter. There’s also an almost 40$ per day of resort fees that was not disclosed when booking. I didn’t use the pool or the gym which is what this resort fee is for . I feel that pool and gym are pretty standard for properties but for them to charge resort fee for this seems like a rip off when it was not disclosed during booking . They didn’t clean our room or change our towels .. calling for housekeeping took forever too. I am not sure if I will go back to this property again .

Bad internet, bad deposit policy
They still have a huge hold on my cc for no reason. They don’t have enough people working the front desk, the internet is quite horrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The property was well-appointed and had a lot of great amenities. My primary complaint is the smoking on the casino floor (which is just the nature of casinos).
