When trying to check in, I was told that this reservation (for the Sky Tower) had to be picked up at the Silver Legacy facility. With luggage, I walked the distance to Silver Legacy and was told there, that I had to be checked in at Circus Circus. So, I walked with luggage back (30 minute walk) to Circus Circus. I asked for the manager and was finally able to check in. The shower was like a hose turned on. No shower of water. Gaming tables were not used at all. Had to go to another casino to play 21 or any other gaming table.. Could not find a real restaurant to hove breakfast in Circus Circus. had tro goi to another casino for breakfast. And I had to pay a "Resort Fee"???? I will never stay at Circus Circus in Renoi again.

There was no pool,you had to go to another casino for pool. No restaurents were open only food court with four choices.No casion table s open. Only one watressfor casino.(I asked her) No circus until Sept. The resort fee is a joke!

The stay was nice. The room big and view beautiful, but the dog in the next room barked several times during the night, making sleep impossible. I support allowing pets, but you should keep those rooms separated from those of us traveling without pets. We paid premium for this room and because of the noise, were disappointed.

I wasn't aware that there were two parking garages. I lost my car & walked around for an hour. Finally got back to the concierge & asked a security guard for help. I told him I was on the 1st floor & needed to move my car to the 4th floor so I would be by the skyway. He said I was looking in the wrong garage. We finally found my car & I was able to move it. I was very grateful for the help.

We stayed at Sky Tower, unfortunately it was not a good experience, I had stay in the other tower a year ago and it was wonderful, no only a this old tower smelled like feet, but also the room seems to had mold or something going on, I developed a terrible allergy while staying that I couldn’t wait to leave, every time I will enter the room m head and body couldn’t take it. The bathroom had toilet paper holder broken, same with the shower tub stopper was left unscrewed on the side, missing soap and. Just little details… I have to say the staff was wonderful. Hard working people, they very super friendly and helpful. I won’t be back tho.

Its location was ideal for the event attended. Walking was great to access venues nearby ; however, at night was a bit daunting based on the types of street people that frequent the area. N.B.: After our extended stay, there may be more observations to note that have not been experienced as yet.

Made reservations for a room and when we got there they claimed they didnt have any rooms but had my reservation and the only way I would be able to stay there would be is if it upgraded to a suite and the room ended up being 260 dollars more for just a one night stay. The elevators in the parking garage did not work. The elevators in the casino only worked half the time. Not including the staff was very rude and inconsiderate during our stay. Will not be going back to this hotel. Also have not received my security deposit back that I also had to pay to be able to stay in the suite I originally did not want to stay in
