Overall everyone was pleasant up until our first night while we waited for vallet to pull our car up at 10pm keep in mind it’s about 30 degrees! They harrassed us for proof of our stay even though vallet was pulling our car around so clearly we were and then they proceeded to try and kick us out of the lobby and have us wait outside! The female manager was very unprofessional and rude! Made the whole experience ridiculous and this is of course while we booked in the sky tower!

I was accosted by a man without a card key who tried to take mine from my hand to access the elevator. The security at the base of the Sky Tower is nonexistent. I went to security and management and I did not receive a follow-up or closure on this incident. I will never stay with Circus Circus ever again.

Check in was very hurried and uncomfortable. The employee who checked us in was very unfriendly and I felt very uncomfortable. She didn’t give us any information on where our room was or how to get there. Room was ok but very dated for the price. The water temperature was very unstable and the sink barely worked. Our bed room heater didn’t work so it was pretty chilly on our room. Will say the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
