Our room could’ve been cleaner. The curtain pull was broken. The shower doors were difficult to open and close. The toilet paper kept falling off of the ridiculously designed holder. The sheets and blankets were of good quality and clean, free of stains. The bed was a bit firm for my preference. Noise was an issue, but we were there for the motorcycle rally so I guess loud roaring engines is to be expected. The most disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not available and the pool area bar wasn’t open. On a busy event weekend we expected these things to be available. The downstairs bar was also closed at 5:30pm on Friday evening, which again was very disappointing for a big event weekend. After riding for 6 hours to get to Reno we really just wanted a cocktail and a dip in the hot tub.

Well, we only needed a place for one night.
Did a quick overnight stay. Discovered that the hotel is not ADA friendly. Upon arrival, the lobby was clearly marked at the escalator. We have a member in a wheelchair, so we had to search for the elevator, which was not clearly marked and had to ask for assistance. We had requested an ADA room at the point of reservation (2 months in advance) a this was not able to be provided. One we got to our room, standard items were missing such as coffee for the coffee maker and complementary shampoo. As we headed to The Row for dinner, we discovered that it was split by stairs and provided no ramps. Oh yes, there was a self-serve lift, but it was locked. We had to search for staff to help operate it. Not our best hotel experience.

Our power was out and had to go up to the 7th floor twice up and down in on the first night. There was a fire the second in the hotel and we had to use the stairs once again. Staff wasn’t very friendly considering the circumstances they had no control over the lack of any leadership since they were left to fiend with the customers alone.

If you booked with third party
I stayed with my wife for 5 nights. The request for Microwave was declined with a note that you booked this hotel with a third party, so you do not deserve anything. The room was not well-lighted, the commode was blocked, temp control meter was out of control several times. The technician visited and tried to fix it, but it was out of control all days; even upon request to change the room, another room was assigned with the worst condition.
