Great studio near the Convention Center

I have stayed at Joanna's place in the past (2 years ago). What I really like about it is that it is pet friendly (I brought along a few guinea pigs), it is conveniently located near the convention center (I was at a national rabbit/guinea pig show), great parking (not on the street), gas stove, and laundry facilities on site. The only down side is that you do have to be familiar to where the driveway is off Plumas Street before Hillcrest Dr. and the neighbors upstairs can be quite loud/noisy after 10pm (quiet hours per contract is 10pm to 6am). I will stay here again in the future because it is quiet neighborhood in a great location.

It was nice

It was a cute little place to stay in. We were hardly there but it was hard to find when we first showed up. Overall not bad if you’re looking to explore a bunch.
