I Enjoyed This Place. Suits My Needs.
I've stayed here twice so far and the staff is very helpful. Nice quiet area, I felt like a local native.

When we arrived there was no way to get the attention of the front office through the after hours check in. I waited and then had difficulty understanding the staff member when trying to get our room set up. The room itself was clean and serviceable. I'm not sure if it was our room location or the facility itself but it was loud outside but nothing that the fan didn't even out.

Customer service was terrible the employees that work there one of the managers Eric and the other manager amalio were so rude to me and my guests over Wi-Fi we were kicked out of the room I didn't even get to stay there for an hour over Wi-Fi then they lied and said that I could have stayed there and then didn't want to refund me my money for my 3 days worst hotel experience ever they treat all there guests like their crackheads. They will hang up the phone on you and not refund you so if you want to go to a motel 6 where they will not refund you your money back and if you complain about one thing they will kick you out that's the place that you want to be at go ahead but it's terrible find out for yourself.

The staff were nice and professional besides one older Caucasian woman who was working the desk but all the housekeepers and every one else were professional and nice would not recommend this place to families though you keep hearing loud noises at night and sketchy people

I rented a room for 76 year old woman that was displaced she showed up to accept the reservation the assistant Mail Manager was rude and very nasty to her treated her like she was like trailer trash she didn't have the $50 deposit on her card which was on my card that I paid for the room he then wouldn't take her money so we're back out on the street in 20 degree weather to walk further to another motel that I had to pay for this is a 76 year old sick woman that had nowhere to go and was replaced displaced from her home this is horrible horrible elderly abuse should have never happened she had $800 cash but because it wasn't on her card he would not allow her to rent a room and refuse to refund my money for the room this place sucks and I'm not the only one a lot of people here dislike that location be careful I still think I should get my money back but I'll probably never see it so watch out what you do with this company because they are horrible service and horrible uncaring human beings
