The property was old, no water pressure, blow dryer was broken. Took awhile to get someone to come up and replace so I asked the housekeeper. The Ramada was out of the way from “the strip” but it was a doable walk. The staff was pleasant. The property was not in the best location as there were vagabonds at all hours of the day which made me feel unsafe at times. People always asking for money and/or cigarettes.

The hotel was very rundown. Rooms were rundown. Chipped wood on trim. Stains on carpet and furniture. Boxspring uncovered with tag showing. We requested room cleaning and towel service and didn’t receive it for two days. Limited amount of muffins available. At check-in was not told where to park, a reminder about breakfast, Any information about requesting made service. There was a dog show and there were many dogs present in the hotel. Barking in hallways. The hotel is connected to us casino and the outside feels very unsafe. Awkward looking people milling around the hotel and parking lot, there was a large presence of security, But their appearance did not encourage the feeling of safety. We were very disappointed in our state and in the accommodations. We were expecting a much better experience at a Ramada by Wyndham.

Do not waste your time.
Place was rundown, stains on everything, AC didn’t work properly, lots of transients outside of hotel, pictures on site are not the real pictures of the rooms. Staff was nice enough to let us cancel our stay right away.

Someone tried to steal my bike from the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe leaving vehicle and trailer in lot overnight so checked out a few hours later and stayed at a safer motel an hour away. This is an older, run-down motel that smells of cigarette smoke from the adjoining casino. Don’t recommend.

The room didn’t have cool air. It wasn’t the best hotel. It’s in a more run down area and didn’t feel safe keeping a car full of furniture. The place smelled of smoke, the walls were stained, didn’t look like they cleaned much. My couch had a giant slice in it that stuffing was coming out, the bed felt like a box spring. The staff was phenomenal though. Several guests were complaining about their rooms and they handled it like professionals. I commend them.

I wouldn’t…
Clean room but awful area. One of the front desk ladies was incredibly rude over the phone. Had to come downstairs to try to explain an issue and she was still rude. Ended up speaking to the manager who at first didn’t want to budge but when he realized his staff was at fault finally agreed. Probably wouldn’t stay here again…

it's a hangout for street people. not a safe area, casino stinks, no dining this is just an overnight stay hotel, like a budget hotel but at higher price.
