We couldn't get out fast enough. Parking was bad, clientele was sketchy, rooms were super dated, and it stunk like smoke everywhere!

Better than average Hotel in a less than average location of Reno if that makes any sense! Reminds my of Negril, Jamaica! Excellent security! But you do know you are not in a high class area! Not that it bothered me, since I've traveled in 3rd world countries! It's the best that it can be given the area!

Plenty of coffee, but no coffee machine in the room. Called the front desk at 6 and they couldn’t get a machine to me until 9 AM. Remember that Nevada is an open carry state and I would definitely suggest you take advantage of that in that neighborhood

They are very concerned about the safety of the customer here, they lock everything down at night and have staffed security at the front door. If you don't have a hotel key, you can't even use the elevator. I had no problems with my stay. My only complaint is that my room didn't include a refrigerator, all the other hotel\casino's in the area have these so they may want to add one to the rooms. I had leftover food I could have eaten the next day but had to throw it out because I didn't have a refrigerator in my room to keep it in.

Tale of two rooms
The room I was first in was certainly not a great one - the difference between second floor 😪 and 7th was like 2 different hotels! First room the air conditioner didn’t work and it took 2 tries to get someone to look at it. I also cut my arm on a towel rack - but they did give me alcohol, neosporin and bandage.
