Loved the location ! Close to a lot of food and shopping centers !

Awesome location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big bathrooms. Kept our luggage after checkout until the evening, so we could keep shopping all day!

The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well. The staff is very helpful, and was able to answer all our questions and is very punctual. Highly recommend!

Suite was lovely, staff were even better. Sliding doors needs to be realigned they were difficult to open and close. Everything else was top notch.

Our stay at the Keio Plaza was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel! The restaurants and lounges were lovely. Most importantly the hotel staff were absolutely excellent and really made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Thank you!
