It was noisy at night INSIDE hotel - kids yelling, running around the halls, slamming doors until midnight!! Maybe a hockey team was staying here - who knows. Loud outside too!!

Very clean, friendly staff. Did not like the noise seeing we were near the elevator and the loud slamming doors. Also I could heer everything our neighbors were saying due to an adjoining door between the rooms.

The bed wasn’t up to the usual Hampton Inn standard. You don’t have to remodel every 2 years like some hotel chains but please check condition of items like beds and replace them as needed. Room 1019 would be a good place to start. Also, one of the cleaning staff looked annoyed with us as the elevator door opened and she saw us. She mumbled something, didn’t move over and the elevator left. Hard during the morning hours when it was busy, and not good service.

Happy Irish
Had a beautiful 3 days at this hotel. It was so central to everything. 15 min walk to capital state buildings. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and quite nice. Would stay again.
