Staff was very attentive, they take good care of you and once you get to know them they remember you and treat you like a friend, specifically remember a waiter named Hanniel and another Ismael very nice guys. Would definitely recommend lots of entertainment

Didn't like children being allowed to be at Bar at 9:30pm while music and drinking was going on , allowing children to run all around while at the bar. So nerve and laft the bar, every nice

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and absolutely the best staff service. The property is lovely, and the restaurants offer excellent and delicious food choices. The only downside is the noise at night from the partying which was annoying and surprisingly loud. I guess that is the downside of going to an adult only resort, I would rather hear children’s laughter, my bad!

We went to relax with our three little kids and they loved as did we. The kid water park is kid friendly, small enough yet big enough to keep an eye on your kiddos and the pools were real nice. Hotel was quiet. Super friendly staff.
