Property was located nicely right in Armory Square with lots of options for dining and nightlife within walking distance. Unfortunately the room they gave us was the absolute tiniest room I have ever seen in a hotel. Each floor had only 7 rooms and one of them on each was located in an almost alcove type corner which was our room. I was not happy with the size and considering that this hotel was not at capacity I didn't understand why I was not given a room for two adults.

Too many disappointments. Limited parking. Small room for 2. Coffee maker in room did not heat the water. Coffee maker at breakfast faulty. Fake eggs - really? Problems with TV remote In room. Moldy grout and calk in shower. Overkill with number of shower sprayers (4 types) - one sprayed out the glass door frame, flooding the floor. Faucet poorly placed over bathroom sink. 11 floors with VERY slow elevator (we were on 11). A/C vent blowers very noisy. At least the bed was comfortable and clean with no bugs. Won't be back.

Great location. The staff was friendly. The lobby was nice and clean. Our room was small and the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed. The toilet paper holder was broken, the headboard wasn't attached and the bathroom mirror and sheets were dirty. The knob on the shower was broken and my husband fixed it so we could have a warm shower. The 12 dollar a night parking in a lot that was quite a walk from the building seemed a bit expensive. I did like how the front door locked and you needed to use your key card to enter.

Avoid!!! No safe parking for a car filled with college stuff One elevator, so slow we walked up and down to our 8th floor room Lobby coffee maker out of order-decaf only This is not, as described, an historic hotel- just old and tired! All this for $526 per night!! Stay away
