I was displeased of the room . Meant to speak with the manager that’s his bad it was. It was stains all over the carpet and mold in bathroom. Parking was 15 dollars and the pool was not open but yet they had the pool hours on a flyer as if it was operating. Breakfast was decent and hotel have microwave and fridge in room.

Room was wonderful although I did get awakened in am by rooms beside me. Breakfast was great. Very disappointed pool was closed and there was no shuttle available. Staff helpful but often too busy to follow through with requests for added help withh destinations.

When requesting additional towels the person doing housekeeping said she could not help and we needed to go to management. When asked for more conditioner it was just dropped off at the door. When walking by the staff nobody greeted us as in other hotels they do.

Our first room was far from the elevator all the way around the hallway not to mention the hallway that our room was on was freezing including the room so we just thought ok turn the heat on so we did and left went out for dinner thinking we were gonna come back to a nice toasty room but no the room was still blowing cold air so they switched out the room so it wasn’t terrible
