We don't often travel over the winter holidays, but a family gathering brought us here. We had stayed at the hotel before and were thoroughly satisfied. This time, things could have been better. Check-in was wonderful and parking was excellent. Breakfast couldn't have been better. But, when 2:30 pm came and there were no new linens and a major event to go to in 90 minutes, we were more than concerned. We had already let the front desk know; the housekeeping line having been busy. We were told they had until 6:00 pm and were down one machine. We didn't want them coming in when we were trying to dress for the occasion. So, we ended up going down and getting the linens ourselves. We left about 4:00 and things were put in order on our return, but the stress was a concern. The following morning, while looking for an earring, I saw a water bottle, wad of gum and other such treasures that we didn't use or bring. Obviously, they were leftovers from previous visitors. That was a surprise. People were wonderful from security to the front desk.
