I enjoyed my one night at this property. The staff were pleasant. The only bad thing is the bar area is closed Sunday and Monday. I’m sure they have business reasons for this decision, but it would have been nice to just go downstairs to the bar and grab a quick bite and a drink. I guess there are worse places to find something to eat and drink, so it wasn’t awful. Overall a very nice stay. I would stay here again for the close proximity to Grand Central Station alone!

Literally 1 building away from Times Square. Great views from the 30th floor! Great place to take in the best of what NYC has to offer.

I loved that I was able to drop my bags off and get an early check in. Very convenient. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. I found free parking just 2 blocks away. The checking in process was fast and no hidden fees. When I needed something it was sent to my room right away. I didn’t leave my room until 10 minutes after check out and the front desk wasn’t calling the room rushing me out. When I got downstairs they completely understood and made no issue about it. My only dilemma was my bathtub had some stains in it. Also my food delivery wasn’t able to deliver to my room. Other than that I enjoyed my short stay. I would stay here again.
