Step into Maui Kaanapali Villas A302, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor that offers central A/C, south-facing garden views, and a peekaboo ocean view from the balcony. There are elevators at this property. Unit A302 can accommodate 6 guests. This delightful condo provides connecting bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The front bedroom has access to the lanai area providing natural sunlight during the daytime. The other bedroom is divided by a sliding screen for limited privacy. For additional guests, there is a queen-size size sleeper sofa in the living room area. The bathroom provides a separate door from the shower and powder room. The living room is adorned with Hawaiian styled furniture and decor.

The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, a stainless-steel sink, microwave, fan, and bamboo accents.

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
