What's not to like? It's a secure building and convenient to the strip. Great location. I wish they provided room service to those who stay less than 5-nights. But I also understand why they don't. It's really not that hard (or far of a walk) to ask for towels. Or other items.

Epic Fail!
I can honestly say I was overall disappointed. I changed hotels just to have a bathtub and there was only enough hot water to fill about 4 inches in a jetted tub. The bed was WAY TOO SOFT!!! There were pubic hairs stuck to the side of the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom, and there was mold spots on the lining of the curtains. I would personally not recommend this property! I adored the front desk clerk that checked us in! She was the best part of the stay!

We reserved a room at Club de Soliel because we were looking to save money, but still stay somewhere decent. The reviews on this place seemed to align with this goal. The overall presentation of this place is pretty. The grounds are clean and quiet. It almost seems more like an apartment complex than a hotel. There are several buildings, which made it kind of confusing at check-in. The real disappointment came with the room. When booking at an "all suite resort", I'm used to a pretty nice room even when it's the basic room. This room was tiny. It resembled a cheap motel room. However, it was very clean. The AC worked poorly as did the fridge. The outlet in the kitchenette was tempermental and I had ro keep hitting the reset button to keep it working. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all. The towels were the smallest towels I've ever seen in a hotel... like kid size. The location of the hotel isn't horrible, but the surrounding area is definitely ghetto-ish. The hotel did provide a quiet, peaceful location away from the strip.

When we booked we were not told that there was a club 1 and club 2 at club de soleil. We told the taxi driver the name of the resort and address. When we got there the girl on the front desk said that they didn't have a room assigned to us, she asked if we had a prefrence of what floor. That evening when we took the shuttle we got out at club 2 not knowing we were checked into club 1 and could not find our room, had to find their front desk and asked where our room was and they looked up our name and told us we were at the wrong club de soleil, not impressed. I don't know if they do that to fill both properties but we should have been told. The property and the pictures did not line up. We were very disappointed and will never go there again. When we went to check out no one to be found and main door locked, had to ring bell several time to get someones attention, check out was 10am

Overall, not bad for the price but not great eithe
The room is a good size. I got the room with a king size bed, small microwave, and mini fridge, with a sink, toaster and coffee pot. The carpets were pretty filthy/stained, but other than that, it seemed clean. I was there for 7 days/6 nights and only had one medium trash can under the sink and a tiny one in the bathroom. They did provide a hair dryer, which was helpful. During the majority of my stay, i could hear my neighbors TV blasting through the thin walls. That was my biggest complaint. Also, the fan for the HVAC made an annoying noise so i had to turn the fan off while i was sleeping.

I usually stay here all the time and it’s nice. It’s just security was really bad that night. There was a pre-wedding party next-door. That was real loud. They partied till four in the morning.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff were helpful and the property has good amenities. However, overall the hotel felt a little dated. The fridge in our room never got cold, and the curtains were broken. But, it’s a budget hotel, so I guess you pay for what you get.

I enjoyed my stay here, it had such a comfortable vibe and felt like an actual home. I arrived in town earlier than expected (check in at 4) I took a chance at 1pm and I was able to check in 3 hours early! Pool/jacuzzi was open until midnight so that was great. Kitchen had everything I needed and the jetted tub 🤗😯 very nice! Yes, furniture was a little outdated but honestly that didn't bother me. I only mention because I see other reviews. Free shuttle to Strip, near grocery stores. Great location. All in all, this is where I will be staying come future Vegas trips.
