Very good value for a well-equipped studio room that included an ironing board, kitchenette and coffee (though the coffee pads weren't suited to the coffee maker). Outdoor amenities included a heated pool and hot tub and gas grills, all of which I made use of. The gym was clean and had the right amount of equipment. Just 12 minutes to the Strip. The only down experience was that my room had thin walls and a lot of noise from a neighboring room kept me up at night. The grounds are well maintained and close to retail amenities and fast food. The immediate neighborhood didn't feel suitable for walking. Overall, a good value for Las Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously; we specifically looked for a family lodging that is away from the Strip area, and this is it !! The full kitchen, eating area, living room, jet tub and in the room washer & dryer are so so helpful. We will definitely come back again

We were surprised the facility offered shuttle service to the casinos. This is a nice feature. We were not able to use it but will consider it for future booking. The accommodations were very nice, including the unexpected gas fireplace.

It's a time share type of property, $40 or so cab/uber to the trade shows I was attending (CES). Strange area of town, with nothing to walk to. Definitely an away from it all kind of spot.

Mediocre at best!
The property was old. The room was clean and roomy. Was way off the beaten path. We had to check in at another location nearby, weird. No extra pillows were available due to no staff present 24/7. Read the policies of the facility, it is a no smoking facility. The bed was OK, The fridge was the best amenity. The microwave was just big enough to cook popcorn in.
