It was terrible service ,i didnt know about the cleaning service ,i went Thursday to front desk to ask. Why my room is not clean? They answer me that i need it to csll them so i told him can you write it to clean my roo at 11 am n he say yes. Well they never clean my room at all n no cleaning towels offer , monday September the 2 i went up to the front begging for towels n i jave never experienced this situation n bottom part they ask for 200 deposit extra .i didnt appreciated, then it was only one bed n no living room like the pictures.

The customer service is really bad the room condition is the worst I ask for room service they refuse to give me room service they wanted to charge me a 40 dollar fee to give room service and clean new sheets I really had a super bad experience with them the customer service is so bad every time that I tried to request for a supervisor or manager he or she was not available they kept me in the run around I wouldn’t recommend any one booking in this hotel they are terrible and not worth your money worth with them.

Not a newer complex but it has all the amenities you would ever need. A closed off bedroom with a closet and tv, a living room with a pull out sofa, a kitchen with appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender) cups, plates, spoons etc. Dishwasher and washing and drying machine in the hallway. Not too far from the strip, I highly recommend.

Customer service was not that great. The pereon who checked my brother was rude arguing with him because when we called and asked if there would be an incident hold he did not mention that it would be 50 dollars. Rooms are bit outdated so could use some newer furniture but bed was comfortable! Overall good for the price! And o’year do not leave your stuff out or forget anything in the room because more than likely won’t get it back. My brother left a $60 fast charger in the room and was told nobody turned it in nor was it in lost and found.

The property felt safe, the staff as excellent. The only complaint I hav is that the kitchen, dinin area, and bathrofloor was was not swept or mopped before we checked in. The counter tops and dining table were dirty. We had to clean them with wipes. We requested a broom and dust pan to sweep areas I mentioned before. Aside from that mishap my stay was good.

Club Deseoliel first visit
This property is great! Yes I had a few issues however very minor- once those were noted and corrected! This location which was location 2 was great- shuttles to the strip and very helpful front desk , have extra to assist the special needs that came with me, suite was clean exception for the little bit of hair, the stove bottom was off or however - everything worked and that suite is what I own through westgate Florida. I enjoyed the property and would come back to stay just to relax . I checked out and came to Westgate Las Vegas since I own westgate BUT honestly I wish I was back where we just came from Club Desoleil instead!! Here at westgate no way to wash clothes really nor cook and the theme here is of Elvis!! Outdated and club desoliel was very nice and updated!

Little Gem Just Off the Strip
I was in town for 48 hours for a Raider game at a little R&R. This place was not super affordable, but really nice. The pool and pool area was great and open till midnight. The rooms were all very comfortable had huge jetted tubs refrigerator microwave dining area. I was really pleased and impressed with what I got for my nightly rate. Highly recommend.
