The elevator looks like is one lift away from breaking down. Most of the machines in the hotel are out of order. The rooms smelt and I had an unidentified carpet stain. The customer's dog was barking day and night. The bathtub was dirty when arrived. I felt so uncomfortable during my stay, even the eggs tasted fake. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a long work stay in Vegas. I picked this place to stay for many reasons; the hot tub, but it was out of order; free breakfast, which was okay, but juice machine was out of order, and so was the milk machine for about a week; the gym, but both treadmills were out of order, and the laundry room, but one of the two washing machines were out of order. Overall disappointing. I would have complained, but I’m sure the staff already knows.

Our room was beyond filthy. Had to request sheets just to cover the furniture. Hair in sink, wrappers in drawers and crumbs all over floor, as well as the inside of sofa/sleeper. We were on 2nd floor. Had a dog in the room next to us whom we could hear barking. The locking mechanism to our room was completely gone. The door from the outside was supposed to be locked 24 hours/day. It was not working. Anyone could enter the property. We travel a LOT, and have never had such a bad experience.

Pros: AC worked great in our room. Free breakfast Cons: Fridge was leaking Stains on the wall and door like something splattered on it. Also stains on the inside bedding. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper so we kept having to ask for extra rolls. Snack bar/Market didn’t have anything but chips, energy drinks and water which sucked bc we had to leave the hotel.
