The staff was great. However, we stayed 4 nights and no hot water for 3 days. We had a check out at noon. We had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out. Then housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up at 1000. Then knocked again at 1100. Annoying!

Beautiful Christmas vibes in December and fresh coffee always available 🎄 Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It felt like home immediately. We saw the sun rise behind the mountains from the room. Close to the red rock canyon & spring reserves. We look forward to returning 😍

The hotel was older and they seemed to be having some issues. Cold water for the first shower, key cards deactivating, no maid service while we were there, (we stayed 4 nights), our toilet started running nonstop. The front desk staff were super friendly and we did have our issues fixed promptly. We are not "complainers" so we thought the stay was ok, it was nice not paying all of the resort fees for the hotels on the strip since we had a car to park.

Disappointment from advertisement online. Old and rundown. No towels or cleaning wipes in the fitness area. Hot tub not working. No shampoo, conditioner and the lotion bottle in the room was 1/2 used. Breakfast was very unappealing. Door access to the property, pool area, fitness area had a card access reader but you come and go without card swipe

No hot water to shower with, lack of proper housekeeping due to shortage of staff, rear door to hotel broken - not a secure area, breakfast less than desirable. Front advised that the hotel does not have enough water heaters to satisfy hotel occupants when full. Ended up moving hotels and would not provide refund for unused nights when the front desk staff stated I could get a refund for the unused nights. GM was less than accommodating and inconsiderate. Expedia did nothing to assist in obtaining a refund other than to say the GM refused a refund. I will never book a hotel with Expedia again!

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the layout of the room and I didn't find anything dirty in the room even when I dropped something underneath the sink area clear back where I don't think most places clean

1) toilets in the rooms should work. room starts smelling like an out-house when toilet is clogged and overflowing. 2) guests should not be put on hold for 15-20 minutes when calling the front desk. 3) it should not take 2 days and multiple requests to NOT fix the toilet. 3) coffee makers in rooms should work. 4) the online registration should be truthful. after completing all required fields once, the front desk should not require providing all info again. 5) the online registration claims that quests simply pick up room key after online registration. this is not true at all. 6) guests who have already registered online, should not have to wait in line for 20 minutes behind people who have no reservation. 7) the "breakfast" is substandard. it desperately needs an omelet bar, fruit, and enough coffee. 8) there appear to be no vending machines and the ice machine on 2nd floor needs to provide more than a half dozen ice cubes. to be fair, the gym is nice and Charles (at front desk) is friendly and helpful, but does not appear to have enough support staff morning, noon, or night.
