The longhorn casino Vegas !
Everything was great! It’s just a small casino hotel off the strip with reasonable priced everything, the little restaurant downstairs was actually very good and simple and easy prices! Just . Know it’s not luxurious but it does the job for a place to stay while on a Vegas trip
It was rated way too high on Expedia. It’s a 5 at best. The staff were nice. The restaurant food was well priced and was good enough. The $3 beers were welcome.
Overall, the place is old, dingy, smelled of smoke, it created a mild revolted feeling.

Overall great budget stay, we visited for 1 night and just wanted a cheap last minute room with a hot tub. The casino offered lots of perks like complimentary drink and free play credit, etc. Casino is not in the best area but you get what you pay for lol it was conveniently located near the Walmart which was great for our purposes to make a quick snack run for the family.
I made and paid for my pet friendly room reservation and as soon as I walked to the front desk they asked me if I was traveling with an animal. I said yes, a dog. I was then told they NO LONGER ACCEPT ANIMALS. I replied I booked a pet friendly room. They said it was Hotels.com fault for not updating the info and I should have checked with their official website. My family, traveling with children and dog were turned away to fend for ourselves. I desperately had to find a room after midnight on a holiday weekend. The Longhorn had charged my credit card for a two night stay, so I only had enough credit available to purchase one night at another hotel. I’m still trying to get my money back through Hotels.com. I am now scared to make another room reservation because of what happened. I have been a Hotels.com user for over a decade and I have NEVER BEEN TURNED AWAY BEFORE!
The room was smaller than usual and just out dated. The comforter had burn holes in it and the shower overflowed

You get what you pay for!
The Longhorn Hotel and Casino is a very affordable option for a stay in Las Vegas, but it does come with some drawbacks. The price point is definitely a plus, making it budget-friendly compared to many other hotels in the area.
However, the moment you walk in, you’ll notice a strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby and hallways, which can be off-putting if you’re sensitive to odors. The rooms were adequate but not particularly memorable. The beds were quite small—twin-sized—which might not be ideal for taller or larger guests.
One highlight was the convenience of having a restaurant right inside the casino. It’s nice not to have to go far for a meal, especially after a long day.
Overall, if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to crash and don’t mind the smoke smell or smaller beds, the Longhorn could work. Just don’t expect luxury or a smoke-free environment.
