Great location with lots of beds
We enjoyed our stay and found the property had everything we needed. The only downside was the toilets were very finicky which was hard with a group sharing.

Close to the Vegas Strip, but quiet and residential.
This property is a recently renovated two-story home in a residential neighborhood very near the Vegas Strip. It was ideal for us because my daughter and I were attending a sports event and wanted a safe and quiet place to sleep and prepare meals. Appliances were all brand new, bathrooms were pristine. The kitchen was fully stocked including a new Keurig. Beds had hard mattresses but bedding was very clean. There is free wifi, TV does not have cable, just streaming on demand using your own Netflix account. We had a slight problem with the streaming at first but the owner was very responsive and it was taken care of quickly. Overall, highly recommend for travelers that want a safe, quiet and clean alternative to staying on the strip. Very good for large groups as it sleeps a lot of people. Suggestions for improvements: more garbage cans/bags, more towels that are higher quality, outdoor seating.
