The hotel was nice however i was never informed about the card for a chance to win at the slot machines by Wei who checked me initially. I found out days later that my gambling card had expired and since the front desk doesn't have anything to do with that. I sent back and forth with no answers. The front desk offered for a later stay or $20 off any restaurant at the facility however the Brass fork was just as bad as we waited just about two hours before we decided to leave. When i spoke to the manager in the evening who was male all he could say was there was nothing he could do. Even though the facilities was nice this intefered with me enjoying myself.

If staying multiple day, you won’t get the house keeping service for the 2nd day, I think. We stayed there for 3 nights, we only got the 1st day for House Keeping. Valet Parking staff are super friendly and nice.

The Front Desk people are not super friendly but just doing their jobs. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t clean. The soup wrapper was left in the bathroom and missing towels. But House Keepers were super nice and friendly. The restaurant servers were very friendly and nice. The food was good and price was very reasonable. The store (?) shop workers were definitely grumpy old ladies. They kept talking to each other and made us wait to pay. You can tell they don’t like working there. We decided to buy things outside of the hotel because of them. Overall, it’s a good hotel.

Check-in: we showed up 20 minutes early, 3 attendants working and no line. Attendant 2 finishes with customer, we walk up and without greeting us she just turns her back and leaves. Attendants 1 and 3 were engrossed with customers who each had a zillion questions and we wait a full 10 minutes and attendant 2 finally comes back. We reserved a room that was either king or queen, dependent upon availability and we asked for a king. She said "great", pretends to look in her computer and informs us they have no king rooms would we like to upgrade rooms? "No, we'll take 2 queens". :/ Sorry, we don't have any of those either. I asked how long and she told me at least an hour for a room at the rate I booked (it was 2:40, so 20 minutes prior to official check-in -- so no rooms available until 40 minutes AFTER check-in time). So we took their bait-and-switch and did NOT get the advertised room at the advertised rate. Dirty trick, their front desk personnel work on commission (I figured I was being taken so I just asked her and she admitted to this) So attendant 2 first ignores us and then lies about room availability so these guys can make an extra $20/night. Ok, other stuff: small blood stain on sheets, water pressure very meh, the AC would not adequately cool the room, and the pool was under construction. We will NOT stay here again.

Convenience to the strip and the free parking. Concierge workers were nice an patient. Elevators were having problems which made it slower to move around during peek times but overall I enjoyed my stay. Ps There will definitely be some additional charges when you get to the property!

A total sham no privacy at all unhelpful staff overpriced old the whole place could use a coat of paint in the bedrooms, no exhaust fans in the bedrooms if they put The toilet, any closer to the bed you would be You would feel like you were in bed with a toilet bowl.
