The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The receptionist was very rude, making us feel unwelcome. One of the mattresses in our queen-size bed was very old and not at all comfortable. Someone took the "do not disturb" sign that was outside our door without our permission. Our expectations of the hotel were dashed.

Checking in was so easy, was trying to get me to upgrade but it’s like 20 dollars extra a night, no thank you! When we walked in the room it was a amazing size even to the view of the area was super nice, we mostly were in the room at all but it was a nice room even to the shower was good just the water pressure wasn’t enough.
