Nice hotel, but we couldn’t get a handicapped room but all were booked requested a shower chair for my parents and were charged about $30 a day for it…. They are taking advantage of older people. Would not come back!

As much as I paid and the rates are normally $100. If it wasn’t for the fact I needed to be out that way I would have never stayed there. Being in the business this is one of the smokiest buildings I’ve ever stayed in.

Nice hotel casino w/ entertainment for families
Outside of not having room service, the staff and the food at the restaurants were great. The room was clean, no frills, and I missed having an in-room coffee pot. They are probably due for an upgrade on the bath towels, which were fairly rough.
