Not as advertised

Came for SEMA Show 2024 on a Thursday night. Outside sign you can tell used to say Extended Stay but a cover says Main Stay now. Room was subpar. Dirty clothes hangers with long hair hanging from hangers and closet hanger bar. Bath towels had dark stains here and there. Bed was creaky and sunken down barely a cushion. Coffee was mostly barely existent and almost empty at 7AM already. No breakfast provided although ad said complimentary breakfast included, which was one of the reasons I selected this place. Disappointing at the least.

During the day, you can walk down Maryland parkway to desert inn road and head straight to the convention center on foot. If you go further north than the dollar general grocery, further south than desert inn Rd, anywhere west, or anywhere at night, you are asking for trouble and should not walk there. Room itself was 3/5, reminded me of my apartment when I was horribly depressed. Little things like dirty spots on the sides of the tables, missing grates in the shower and sink, yellowed plastic on the microwave and light switches. Tolerable but not welcoming. No mold or smoke smell which is the only compliment I'll give it, that's not something to take for granted even in the resorts. Would stay here again if going to a convention on a budget but I wouldn't recommend it for a family, someone who cares about being neat, or something other than LVCC.

All around quite, even though it's across the street from a hospital. Car was ok, no problem. They only have coffee and hot water at 6am. No snacks, only from a vending machine. Wifi is open. Big refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop.

Literally the most ghetto, crack head style hotel i have ever see . There’s no phone, no workers, no one at the front desk. Homless people sitting right by the entrance smoking and haning out all day. The room and actually entire hotel smells absolutely horrible. Our room wasnt even clean. The floors were sticky, there was garbage in the drawers, stains all over the walls. Would not recommend

Misleading. The bed was awful and i couldnt sleep. This hotel needs a major update. The room smelt musty. The cleaning was absolute bare minimum at best. Top of my list for the worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Property is about 15 minutes from the airport in light traffic. Walking distance to Denny’s and 3 acute care hospitals. Bed was comfy. Noise from planes taking off, and ambulances was high. Place has not been well maintained nor seen a good cleaning for some time. I wouldn’t say don’t stay there, but rather that it has limitations.
