Stayed here for it's close proximity and walking distance to the Festival Grounds for When We Were Young. If you're not looking to gamble and just rest your head, this is a good spot. It is not resort quality by a long shot. But it's a bed, a bathroom, and affordable. I did enjoy the Queen bar right outside as a perk! Room will not be made unless you ask. Overall, 3.5/5. A nice hidden gem, but the area is little shady. Don't walk further north when the sun goes down.

I had to book a room here very last minute after my original hotel was cancelled on me. They let me book it around midnight-1am with no notice for a fairly reasonable price based on the situation. I've never been more thankful for a motel room then I was then. With that said, they said if a 2nd night opened up for the next night it would be over twice the price of the first night, which is clearly taking advantage of people.

There wasn’t anything unique about the property. It was a motel, not a hotel. Calling it a hotel is false advertising. I got the room next to the laundry room and it sounded like there was 3 giant speed queens right in the room at all times. There should be assigned parking to the room. Doesn’t make sense since the cars are literally right outside your door. The room was stuffy and there was not a door to the bathroom. Felt like a prison bathroom and shower. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Luckily we did not have to spend much time in the room. The housekeepers were nice, that’s about it.

There a lot of parking at this location, if your driving. Place is good for the price. You can walk to the strip from here. Location is very diverse. Room is very clean and nice for the price. Pool is very nice!! You can walk to downtown Las Vegas from this location. Recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to spend to much for there stay. Be nice and take care of the people in the area you walk through and they will do the same. Safe place to stay and enjoy Las Vegas!! There a strip club out front of the building across the street. Many food places to eat.

There was no seal at the bottom of the door so we could hear everything and had a few bugs coming in the room. There were roaches in the room. The sheets were dirt stained. The phone was in the room but there was no cord and it wasn't working. The house keeping staff was rude and bothersome in the mornings and didn't understand no ! It's in a bad area !
