There was no air-conditioning. Horrible! Women who were working front desk in the morning were rude and disrespectful. Very rude. Like they hated working for the job they were hired. Seriously? Again this is only for the women who were working front desk in the morning. Evening staff was pleasant.

They aloud people to smoke marijuana right by the front door when you come in. You could smell it coming up the side walk to the hotel , inhaled the smoke when you walked in. The hotel smelled like it and the elevator smelled like it. Couldn't sleep from the awful headache. When my husband tried to talk to the girl when we were checking out ,her response was ,it's their right to be able to do that. Then when he tried to say something else she just said have a nice day and then ignored him. I am all for peoples rights to be able to smoke that,but what about the rights of other people that paid $245 to stay in a supposed nice hotel . And then to have a room with an uncomfortable bed . And not aclean restroom. If it wasn't already Midnight when we checked in ,we would have left.

Great staff
All the staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with an adjoining door which was not designed to muffle noise. The family in the room next door wasn't unusually loud but we could clearly hear the adults and the two young children.

The hallways and common areas were unacceptably dirty. Visible debris along hallway floors, over the entry to rooms and the elevators. Same along. The desk and bed in the room. One of our hand towels was stained with spots. Room was extremely hot and no a/c as off for winter. Staff was nice and brought a fan which helped.

I really liked the location. We walked to the MVP Arena. Short walk. Alot of places to eat on the way. Excellent service at the check in. Very nice room. Very clean.

The hotel was good not great. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean. There was not soap. The shampoo pump bottle looked to have fell off the wall and was never put back. Stains on the floor, hair on the mirror. The desk lamp looked to have been broken. The staff was friendly and check in / checkout was quick and easy.
