Nice property! Very clean and welcoming. We checked in late and were in line behind several others checking in with only one clerk on at that time. She seemed a little overwhelmed but handled everyone very well. I hadn't noticed that parking was $15/day, and she explained this very well, but note this is in the small print when making reservations. At first we were assigned a room that was already occupied but this was rectified quickly. We got some bottles of water at the front desk and settled in for a peaceful rest. The breakfast is a typical hotel fare. This location worked very well for our trip.

Stay was not good, had to evacuate late last night over a fire in first floor, the bedding was stained as well towel.front desk was rude, and to top it off we were forced to pay 20.00 to park in hotel parking lot.

The room was clean. The employees were pleasant. There were various options during breakfast. The rugs, bed sheets and shower curtains were in bad condition. Parking is not included they charge you $16.26 per night.

tHE CLEANING STAFF DID MY ROOM 2 TIMES DURING MY STAY AND BOTH TIMES NEVER CHANGED THE SHEETS. THE ALSO LEFT THE DOOR UNLOACKED THE SECODN TIME, AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS UNRESPONSIVE.. I’ll start with my concern. Under no circumstances should any American flag be flown in a disrespectful condition. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they told me a new one was ordered. I told them in the meantime, the torn one needed to come down immediately. Hours later the flag was still up. It’s disrespectful and completely avoidable. You can and should do better. The rest of the stay was great. Clean rooms, cordial staff, good breakfast buffet and nice facilities it’s what I expect from Hilton. The flag is another story and has me looking for other chains like Hyatt.
