Is right outside the gate of Niagara Falls StatePark and walkable to other areas of the park. We will stay again.The breakfast was complementary and very cool to relax and decompress for a while. It was good and no complaints! 👍👍🤗

Close to falls, but needs an update

The hotel is a bit rundown. We felt safe inside the hotel. The breakfast was good. You have to pay for parking, which I feel is ridiculous. It is in walking distance of the falls.

Excellent location. Staff is rude and there was no one on the counter for very long time!! Breakfast was a joke, nothing to eat. The guy who was managing the supplies was very rude and got yelling when we asked for empty trays. But, room is good, location is very convenient and walkable to THE NIAGARA

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the falls, and the room rates were quite reasonable. However, there was ongoing construction in the building, which was a bit inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed many fruit flies in the breakfast area, particularly around the bread station. The lack of staff presence to manage the situation and restock items was frustrating. The overall area had a somewhat worn-down feel, though I understand it's currently the off-season.
