We loved staying here. Our only suggestion would be to get some cribs for infants instead of the dirty pack and plays. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Parking was across the street from Hotel had to walk up 6 flight of Stairs to my parking spot parking garage was dirty old unsafe. The lobby smelled of pot smoking. Hallway carpet to rooms were stained and dirty

First the pros most of the staff is friendly. Some in the morning not so Much. Room was pretty clean. Cons 4th floor hall way rug was disgusting. Stained and dirty. Plus also very close to the Niagara Falls park. Also a con you have to pay for breakfast that should be complimentary nothing to right home about

The property is located at a very convenient spot at Niagara Falls, which is a real blessing for my wife and I to navigate around the area. There are several good restaurants, food trucks, and a food court nearby (Nonetheless, the price they charged were over the roof, awful!!) However, the parking garage across from the hotel is in horrible condition. My wife and I were also troubled by 2 false fire alarms within the span of 24 hours, causing us to get less than ideal rest. Relative to other Hyatt hotels I’ve stayed at across the country, this is one of the less appealing ones. Nonetheless, housekeepers were diligent, breakfast was amazing, and the pool was an amazing extra!

Nice clean rooms. But neon sign in front of window was too bright. And curtains did not block it. Making the room too light. Great showers. Free parking right across.

While property has a great location and the breakfast was good. The srevice overall is very poor. There was no help for getting baggage in. Room did not have enough blankets, body wash and shampoo was empty, everything needed to be requested. Rooms were not cleaned during the stay and fresh towels had to be requested. Staff in general was calus and unsupportive toward guest.

You say dogs are welcome everywhere, but you charge 75.00 for the dog. It appears to me that you really don’t want them. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Staff Angelo is so nice. He help me solve the problem. All staffs in the hotels are really nice. Facilities are ok but good enough. Awesome location makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay when visiting Niagara fall.
