Horrible Hotel
Horrible hotel, we got at the room, they decided to give is a second floor, with a bed that was dirty, ( never changed the sheets) the phone didn’t work, the bathroom was dripping, and the roof of the bathroom was with humidity. This was a terrible experience. Do NOT recommend. The air conditioning wasn’t working.

It needs some room renovation. Everything inside looks old. The only good thing its that the bed is really comfortable. The lobby is nice but when it comes to the rooms not so much. Old phones with stains, bathroom towel holder was broken. The hallway have a pretty strong smell like plastic. Overall, this hotel shouldn't be a 4 star hotel. It should be just a 3 star. It is close to the niagara falls.
