The bathtub was dirty. Cleaning service did not come in to clear garbage on the first day. If we did ask for something, staff was supportive and friendly.

Nice hotel
Nice room, pretty clean. There was no soap to wash your hands. Used body wash from the shower. Breakfast is good but if you don’t eat pork you are out of luck in the meat department.

Our room smelt horribly of weed and they couldn’t give us another room. We asked twice for pillows for the sofa bed and never received them. Front desk called twice around 11pm when the kids were sleeping.

This property was ok. I mean it was overall clean, but the caulking in the bathroom needed to be redone badly and the bathroom also had no soap on the counter to wash your hands with, but I did like the dove body wash in the shower dispenser. If you're on a budget not a bad choice

Arrived to a room that was 43 degrees. Breakfast included was the worst I’ve ever seen. Needed more coffee and towels after a few days and was told I didn’t purchase that program. They did cave in and brought me a towel and 4 more decaf coffees, took that as a bit of a slap in the face. Overall just not a great experience.

Everything was good until bedtime, sounded like there was a herd of elephants above us until 1 am. Complained to the desk but it continued. Consideration for other guests should be enforced rule.

Booked this hotel one day before our staying. Very nice hotel, exceeded our expectations. Room spacious, clean with the basic stuff to makes us feel comfortable. The breakfast small but enough for a complete meal. Close to the falls, so you can walk. Recommend it
