The room was unclean, i cut my hand on a broken chair . The room was very runned down. But the people were amazing and service was great. Need to remodel before someone really gets hurt. I should have went for stiches but bufferflied my cut instead. Again service amazing. Rooms gross and unsafe

Our room was on first floor next to an back entrance that was not locked. Lots of noise from people going in and out of the hotel and in the morning going to breakfast or checking out.

It old property needs painting, bathroom dirty, thermostat on wall didn't work but was able make adjustments on wall unit. Furniture in room showing it age. Wall very thin you could hear the other room very very well specially at 2:30 am & 5:30 AM

Front desk very slow and extremely rude and passive aggressive for no reason. Room next to us was so loud partying. It was 10:00pm and front desk said they can party loud until 11pm. The floors are vinyl not carpet and the doors are connecting other rooms and there is a massive gap under the door so you are basically in the other room so the sound was terrible. Called front desk at 1am, 2am,3am and no answer and the other room was screaming until 5am. Nightmare. Coffee was horrible. The mattress was basically cardboard and the pillows were rocks. The doors to the bathroom drag on the floor. You get what you pay for that’s what I’ll say.

Lovely property... Even got a free early check in... And luggage storage... Everything nice and neat.... Great space inside the room and interiors.. Comfortable beds.... Breakfast is dismal.... Next door people were clearly audible and traces of water from next door bathroom leaked into our room...

They charge $10. for parking in an almost empty lot. There were dust and hair balls in the rooms and hallways. Staff were nice. Breakfast was as expected for continental.

The staff was nice. The room is outdated. We had to purchase cleaning supplies. There was trash cups Bible and remote under the beds when we cleaned the sheets were dirty hair was found on them. We switched rooms however still needed cleaning. I was embarrassed by booking this for my sisters BDAY.
