I booked my stay for 1 week, 4 days in a row the guest above my room kept rolling something on the floor, stumping and banging on the floor. I made the front desk aware the very 1st next morning hoping to get it resolved. Nothing happened, day 3 at 2am, I called the front desk to ask them to kindly reach out to the room above and nothing was done. Day 4, I also made them aware and the answer was always the same. "Thank you, we will let them know"
I appreciate that they cleaned my room everyother day.
