What a nice place to stay in Playa del Carmen! You are still walking distance from the 5th so you can party if you want, but it is far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful at night. There are lots of restaurants and food stands, and a huge grocery store if you want to use the kitchen in your room and self cater. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, the mattress was quite firm. Impeccably cleaned when we went out, they did a wonderful job every time.Our private balcony was nice to relax on in the evening. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area, so nice to spend an afternoon up there just reading and cooling off in the pool. We are coming back for one night before flying home, hopefully we can book a room here again, it was such a nice stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Playa!

It is an excellent property for families, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The food is good, but the menus are somewhat limited. This is not a deal breaker, but it is something to be aware of. The beaches in the area have been eroded by the hurricanes, but property management is working with the government to address the issues soon. Overall, it is a great property to relax and enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hats off to Oscar at the buffet restaurant, who goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I highly recommend you ask for him if you visit the property.

Safe and fun I was very comfortable even after having 2 children below 3 years with us.

Great stay, felt very fancy with low prices. If you like the pool, I recommend getting the rooms that have direct balcony access to the pool. After sitting on the beach all day, felt nice to have our own section of the pool for a couple of hours. Hibachi restaurant was super fun and good, you need to book it asap in advanced because most people want to do hibachi and minimal tables.

What an incredIble stay! So much to do and so beautiful.
