Started off as a nice stay. This morning at 5 am I found myself LOCKED in the room! The door locked jammed and would not open. Maintenance staff was not available. After an hour and 45 minutes of dealing with hotel managers (2 of them), I had to call the Fire Department to open the door. They had to break the door open! What if we had a fire???!!!

This place was great except for the fact that during my two day stay, the tv didn’t work. I went to the front desk twice and called at least four times regarding the matter. Front desk said they’d send maintenance but the issue was never resolved.
