Very clean hotel. However, there was not an ounce of hospitality shown in this place. When we asked for more towels we were told that they couldn’t give out that many. I booked the room for 5 people and when we arrived there were only three towels. That was the reason for asking for TWO more towels. Not that the reason should matter.. We also asked for an additional trash bag, couldn’t have that either.
We weren’t able to check in 45min early. 1st time I’ve been to any hotel that couldn’t get us checked in early. They didn’t give a timeframe as to when we could and said come back at 3pm. I also wanted to change our bed situation and that was an issue. Seemed like it would have been too much work for the staff to do, so they gave me the excuse that since I booked through Expedia all this stuff came up. I always book through Expedia and have never had a an issue changing a room.
Overall the staff are miserable and clearly hate their jobs. Not the best for being in the hospitality industry.
It’s a shame too since my sister lives in the area. We will be frequent guest in the area and this could have been our go to hotel. Definitely not going to be the case.
