Papakea J105 is a ground-floor, 2-bed, 2-bath condo that offers high-speed Wi-Fi, easy access, and garden views. This condo can accommodate 7 guests. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of room for everyone! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the second bathroom is right off of the guest bedroom. The main living area has an open-concept floor plan. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, and cable.
This unit also comes equipped with a kitchen featuring all-new cabinets, countertops, and appliances providing the comforts of home! This freshly decorated condo boasts Smart TVs throughout along with a window AC unit in the main living area to help keep things cool on those warmer Maui days.
*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin November 26th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around January 20, 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
